How to Order
On-line:
Ordering and paying for your music on-line is fast, safe and simple! Just choose your music, add it to your ‘shopping cart’ and check out, where you can pay using your credit or debit card. We have teamed up with Worldpay and Paypal to make your purchases secure and simple. You do not need to register with either and your financial details will not be kept. Furthermore, there are no extra charges for using this payment option.
Download Order Form:
You can also order music by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail. Simply download the order form, insert all the details of the music you wish to purchase and please remember to quote the catalogue number, title and composer/arranger. Then tick the payment method you wish to us and send it to our address on the form.
Postage/Shipping:
- For postage in the UK there is a minimum charge of £2.00 or 10% of the total goods, whichever is the greater.
- For Western Europe there is a minimum rate of £5.00 or 15% of the total, whichever is the greater.
- For Worldwide there is a minimum rate of £10.00 or 20% of the total, whichever is the greater.
Orders will be despatched by the most economic means unless an alternative/faster method is requested, which will be chargeable to the customer. Please contact us before you complete your order if you require a special delivery.
Returns Policy:
We do not operate a “Sale or Return” service for music. Any queries relating to your delivery must be notified within 7 days of receipt. For copyright reasons, sheet music can only be exchanged if there is an incorrect delivery or if there are manufacturing faults. Returns must be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note.
Return shipment:
Please return shipments by post. Postage costs will only be refunded or credited if the goods were incorrectly delivered or defective.
